SB357 is Pennsylvania’s Constitutional Carry bill, and gun owners deserve to know where every State Senator stands.
This bill would repeal Pennsylvania’s outdated license requirement for concealed carry and vehicle carry, make the License to Carry Firearms optional, and repeal Philadelphia’s special carry restriction.
In other words, if you are legally allowed to possess a firearm, you should not have to beg the government for a permission slip before carrying that firearm for self-defense.
Pennsylvania has a Democrat Governor, Democrat control of the State House, and a Republican-controlled State Senate. That means this fight is about forcing the vote, building the record, and making sure every politician is on the record.
Republican senators need to prove their pro-gun campaign promises mean something. Moderate Democrat senators need to understand that self-defense is not a partisan issue.
