HB1511 Heads to the Senate — Tell Your State Senator to Vote NO

HB1511 — the dangerous “public safety” bill loaded with surveillance powers — just passed the Pennsylvania House. Now, it’s headed to the Senate.

Gun owners across Pennsylvania opposed this bill because it allows unelected bureaucrats to fund powerful surveillance tools, forensic data systems, and digital monitoring infrastructure — all with your tax dollars, and virtually no oversight.

The House passed HB1511 by a vote of 169 to 34 — but that vote shows something important: dozens of Representatives still stood with gun owners and voted NO. Now it’s time for the Senate to do the same.

We must stop this bill before it gets to the Governor’s desk.

The Senate is our final firewall — and your State Senator needs to hear from you right now.

And after you’ve fired off your emails, please chip in $100, $50, or even $25 to help PFA mobilize gun owners across the Commonwealth to fight back harder than ever.
