Pass SAPA Law for PA!
Joe Biden and the radical left are coming after our gun rights with everything they have using a combination of executive actions and the worst gun control bills that have ever been filed in Congress. They are trying to ban, confiscate, and tax our gun rights into extinction!
That’s why Pennsylvania lawmakers need to pass the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA,) which would nullify federal gun control laws, requiring that Pennsylvania peace officers only enforce laws passed by the Pennsylvania legislature!
And this bill has teeth.
Should a government entity in Pennsylvania ignore SAPA law and order the police department to enforce illegal gun control laws, gun owners could take those government agents to civil court for damages!
Missouri enacted this crucial legislation, and it’s time that Pennsylvania lawmakers get on board.
