We have some preliminary information to share with you regarding the battle for control of the General Assembly, but first, let’s get what everyone knows out of the way.
U.S. Senate
John Fetter(wo)man was ‘elected’ to replace Pat Toomey – which threw hopes of flipping the U.S. Senate to Republican control into jeopardy.
Dr. Oz was widely considered the most weak of the top 3 candidates going into the primary election back in May, and it seems some of that weakness translated to the election on Tuesday as well.
Oz did not latch onto gun rights, instead he made vague statements or just dodged the issue altogether, and now gun owners across America are paying the price.
Adle-brained Fetterman, whether we can believe it or not, by hook or by crook, is going to DC as our next US Senator.
Governor
To make matters worse, Josh Shapiro was also elected to succeed outgoing Governor Tom Wolf.
We will have much more on this race in an upcoming video, but suffice it to say that we have a huge battle coming at us to defeat gun-control bills like Red Flag Gun Confiscation, ESPECIALLY if there’s a shooting anytime in the next 2 years.
General Assembly
Here is where we stand when it comes to the battle for control of the Pennsylvania House and Senate.
On the Senate side, it appears that Republicans will keep firm control on the chamber.
But on the House side, it looks like trouble.
As of last Friday afternoon, the Dems were out in the media bragging that they have enough votes to take the speakership away from Bryan Cutler.
If the current vote leaders hold, the Democrats will have a 1 seat majority – enough to place a new speaker and control the agenda in the House for the next two years.
Again, we are going to have MUCH more to say about this in the coming days, but in the meantime, here are some solid victories that we did have:
Pennsylvania House
>>> House District 7
The Pennsylvania Firearms Association is happy to announce that Republican Parke Wentling has been re-elected to the Pennsylvania House for House District 07!
Wentling voted for pro-gun bills in the House like Constitutional Carry and Preemption Reform, and he even helped lead the fight in the House by co-sponsoring Constitutional Carry.
And he was rewarded by the voters in his district for his support for the Second Amendment! This win is HUGE for Pennsylvania gun owners.
Congratulations to Parke Wentling for battling his way back into the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and congratulations to the gun voters and PFA members in his district that fought with him!
>>> House District 13
Incumbent Republican State Rep. John Lawrence has WON back his seat in the Pennsylvania House for district 13!
Lawrence has a record of pro-gun votes in the House and was rewarded by the voters in his district with electoral victory tonight!
He thoroughly TROUNCED his gun-grabbing Marxist opponent, David Cunningham, who promised to get ‘common-sense’ gun laws passed if elected.
Congratulations to John Lawrence on this win, and to all the pro-gun voters and PFA members in House District 13 that stormed the polls and voted for freedom!
>>> House District 28
Pro-gun Republican Rob Mercuri secured reelection to the Pennsylvania House and soundly defeated his Democrat challenger, Alison Duncan.
Duncan, a radical leftist, would have supported the nastiest gun control bills you can think of, and more!
Mercuri on the other hand, voted for Constitutional Carry, and preemption reform bills in the House.
Congratulations to Rob Mercuri on his reelection, and congratulations gun voters of House District 28 for showing up at the polls and voting for freedom!
>>> House District 44
Pro-gun Republican Valerie Gaydos has crushed Leftist militant Debra Turici in House District 44!
PFA mobilized every gun owner in the district, and the 44th district once again gets a pro-gun Representative in Harrisburg!
This was a huge defensive fight for PFA members and supporters.
Oh, and Democrat loser Turici was backed by every gun-control group you can think of, and they all once again came up short!
Congrats, PFA members!
>>> House District 76
Pro-gun fighter and current State Rep. Stephanie Borowicz easily cruised to victory over her anti-gun opponent, Denise Maris tonight.
You see, Denise had a little problem. She was endorsed by the nastiest anti-gun politicians you can think of, and every radical left progressive organization you can imagine. Nasty stuff.
Stephanie Borowicz? Not only does she vote great, she’s a leader on gun rights and cosponsored Constitutional Carry and the Second Amendment Preservation Act, and to top it all off, she’s a huge vocal opponent of every gun-control bill introduced in Harrisburg!
Exit Left, Denise Maris. Borowicz is in DA HOUSE!
This is a big win for gun rights, and a big win for the pro-gun voters and 2A supporters who packed the polling locations and pulled the lever for freedom!
>>> House District 88
Pro-gun Republican State Rep. Cheryl Delozier has emerged the victor in her race against the Lyin’ Commie Mommy Brigade and CeaseFirePA endorsed candidate, Democrat Sara Agerton!
Delozier has been a strong supporter of gun rights, and voted for Constitutional Carry this session. Meanwhile, Sara Agerton is a radical leftist. If elected, she would have gone to war for the communist agenda to disarm their political opposition by banning and confiscating our firearms.
So congratulations to pro-gun Republican Cheryl Delozier on her victory tonight and to all the gun voters that swamped the polls in House District 88 to help make it happen!

>>> House District 92
Pro-gun champion and current State Rep. Dawn Keefer obliterated her anti-gun opponent, Dan Almoney, and cruised to an easy win in the elections!
You see, dumb ole’ Dan had a big problem: he was endorsed by the nutjobs over at Bloomberg’s Lyin’ Commie Mommy Brigade (aka: Moms Demand Action).
He wanted to implement Biden/Bloomberg’s entire gun-control agenda in Harrisburg, so gun voters in the mighty 92nd booted his political carcass to the curb of Pennsylvania history!
Dawn Keefer’s a FIGHTER, widely known as a problem for gun-grabbing Democrats and RINO Republicans alike!
Congratulations to Dawn Keefer for this HUGE win for gun rights, and to all of the pro-gun voters and 2A supporters who packed the polling locations and pulled the lever for freedom!
>>> House District 120
If you are a pro-gun voter in Luzerne county, give yourself a pat on the back! Luzerne county came out BIG in support of pro-gun candidates like Republican incumbent Aaron Kaufer.
Kaufer easily defeated his Democrat opponent, Fern Leard for reelection to the Pennsylvania House.
Gun voters recognized and rewarded Kaufer’s pro-gun votes in the General Assembly with electoral victory!
Congratulations!
>>> House District 137
Pro-gun Republican State Rep. Joe Emrick has emerged victorious in his race against the CeaseFirePA endorsed Democrat, Anna Thomas!
Emrick has been a strong supporter of gun rights in the PA House and voted for Constitutional Carry this session. Meanwhile, Anna Thomas is a radical leftist who would have fought for the Marxist agenda to destroy Pennsylvania and America.
So congratulations to pro-gun Republican Joe Emrick on his election victory and to all the gun voters that swamped the polls in House District 137 to help make it happen!

>>> House District 143
Incumbent Republican Shelby Labs will be returning to Harrisburg for another term after she defeated her Democrat opponent, Gwendolyn Stoltz.
Labs has been a good vote on pro-gun bills like Constitutional Carry and Preemption Reform in the House – which was rewarded by the voters in her district!
Stoltz was endorsed by all the gun-control groups and wanted to pass the most radical gun control agenda you’ve ever seen!
Congrats to Shelby Labs for the election victory, and congratulations to the voters who flooded the polls and pulled the lever for freedom!
Pennsylvania Senate
>>> Senate District 6
Current Republican State Rep. Frank Farry defeated his Moms Demand Action and CeaseFireaPA endorsed opponent, Ann Marie Mitchell for a Senate seat in Harrisburg!
As a member of the Pennsylvania House, Farry voted for good pro-gun bills like Constitutional Carry and Preemption Reform – and was rewarded by the voters!
Congratulations to the voters of Senate District 6 who stormed the polls and voted for freedom!
>>> Senate District 16
Pro-gun Republican Jarrett Coleman has soundly DEFEATED radical Marxist Democrat Mark Pinsley in Senate District 16.
Coleman signed the Pennsylvania Firearms Association candidate survey 100% in favor of our gun rights and was rewarded with election success as a result!
On the other hand, Pinsley wanted to ban and confiscate our AR15s and our standard capacity magazines, and pass Red Flag Gun Confiscation! He also boldly flaunted the endorsements of anti-gun groups like Moms Demand Action and CeaseFirePA. Yuck!
So congratulations to Jarrett Coleman on this big win, and congratulations to the massive number of pro-gun voters who showed up in Senate District 16 to deliver this district for freedom!
>>> Senate District 24
Pro-gun Republican Tracy Pennycuick has won BIG over radical Marxist Democrat Jill Dennin in Senate District 24.
Pennycuick not only signed the Pennsylvania Firearms Association candidate survey 100% in favor of our gun rights, but she has voted for Constitutional Carry and Preemption reform as a member of the Pennsylvania House. In large part due to those things, the voters rewarded her with success tonight!
On the other hand, Dennin wanted to ban and confiscate our AR15s and our standard capacity magazines, and pass Red Flag Gun Confiscation.
One of her other big problems? She boldly flaunted the endorsements of anti-gun groups like CeaseFirePA and pro-groomer groups like HRC.
That was really dumb, so gun voters in Senate District 24 booted her to the curb and elected Tracy instead.
Congratulations to Tracy Pennycuick on this big win, and congratulations to the massive number of pro-gun voters who showed up in Senate District 24 to deliver this district for freedom!
>>> Senate District 38
There were six total Republicans in the entire General Assembly who voted with the radical left to crush Constitutional Carry.
Lori Mizgorski, a current State Rep. and the fake Republican candidate for Senate District 38, was one of those six.
Mizgorski was a total cancer in the Republican caucus in Harrisburg, and always worked with gun-control organizations to kill pro-gun bills before they could get to the floor for a vote.
That’s why the Pennsylvania Firearms Association is happy to report that Mizgorski has been DEFEATED in the Senate District 38 race, and our PFA political graveyard is ready to welcome the rotting corpse of her political career.
Simply put, the voters of Senate District 38 decided that they had had enough lying, betraying and backstabbing from Lori – they can get that from a Democrat!
Make no mistake, Lindsey Williams, the Democrat replacing Mizgorski, is a radical leftist who is endorsed by Moms Demand Action and CeaseFirePA, who actively votes for and co-sponsors gun-control bills.
We look forward to blocking her bills and efforts every step of the way.
Be ready to shake the dust off your feet and move on, SD38 voters, there will be plenty more fights in the days to come.
>>> Senate District 40
Current Republican State Rep. Rosemary Brown defeated her CeaseFireaPA endorsed radical Democrat opponent, Jennifer Shukaitis for a Senate seat in Harrisburg!
As a member of the Pennsylvania House, Brown has a history of voting for pro-gun bills like Constitutional Carry and Preemption Reform – and was rewarded by the voters as a result!
Congratulations to the voters of Senate District 40 who stormed the polls and voted for freedom!
Conclusion
There are many more races to talk about, but we will go through them all once the battle for the House majority is concluded.
It goes without saying, gun rights will be under major assault in the 2023 session, and we need to be ready.
I’m afraid that if we aren’t, we may lose Pennsylvania and our freedom forever.
No matter what happens, PFA will stand in the gap – fighting tooth and nail to stop Josh Shapiro and the House Democrats’ onslaught against our rights.
But now that the elections are over, lame duck session begins next week.
