Democrats flipped the Pennsylvania Senate in Tuesday’s election, and the two-seat Republican majority that blocked their gun control bills in Harrisburg is gone. Here is what is lined up and how Pennsylvania Firearms Association is responding.

The biggest bulwark gun owners had in Harrisburg was the two-seat Republican majority in the state senate, and now that’s gone.
And House Democrats are already loaded for bear. They passed statewide gun registration and Red Flag Gun Confiscation in 2023, also in 2025. They’ve got mandatory gun lockups and AR-15 bans sitting in committee, waiting for the green light.
Every one of those bills was dead on arrival in the Senate, but not anymore.
When the new legislature is sworn in at the end of this month, they’re coming for your guns, and they won’t waste any time doing it.
And they weren’t fooling anybody when they campaigned as “moderates.” They smiled, they talked about “common sense” and they hid their agenda right inside their suitcoats.

There’s nothing moderate about registering every gun and gun owner in Pennsylvania. There’s nothing moderate about cops seizing your firearms without a trial. There’s nothing moderate about shredding Article 1, Section 21 of our Constitution. That’s hardcore radical communism. Period. |
I won’t sit back and watch it happen. Pennsylvania Firearms Association is going to war in Harrisburg on every bill, every hearing, every committee vote, every floor vote and every so-called moderate who caves.
But war costs money, and I need it now — not next month, not after the swearing-in.
