PA: Major opportunity shaping up for gun rights

Just wanted to make sure that you saw Chris’ email from a few days ago about Constitutional Carry.

As you know, we’re hearing that Senate Republicans may be voting on Constitutional Carry very soon.

That’s in the Pennsylvania Senate, but we’ve got some other info about the House side, too.

We are getting word that House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff is beginning to bend, too.

As you probably remember, HB659 by Representative Bernstine was picking up major steam and nearly got voted out of the Pennsylvania House last spring right before they went on summer break.

But anti-gun RINOs in the House Republican caucus like Christopher Quinn and Todd Stephens (who voted NO on the bill in committee) pounded on Benninghoff NOT to move the bill, and Benninghoff buckled!

That’s why PFA has been pounding on Benninghoff in his district with this ad:

Gun owners all across Pennsylvania have been bombarding his office with calls and emails demanding that he stop buckling and call the vote, and now we are hearing that Benninghoff resolve is deteriorating rapidly in the face of angry gun voters.

This may be encouraging but this isn’t a Sunday school picnic, and we damn sure won’t simply “take their word for it.”

That’s why we have to HAMMER on them right now and make sure we don’t let up until they actually deliver a vote!

The truth is Constitutional Carry is long overdue here in the Commonwealth.

This law has passed all over America and it’s on the move in several other states as we speak.

And with the 2022 gubernatorial race right around the corner, we need to slam this bill on Wolf’s desk and force him to veto the bill – and tee up Constitutional Carry as a statewide ballot issue for the midterms in the process!

Please read Chris’ email below and when you are finished, click and send a pre-written email to your State Senator and Representative demanding that they vote YES on Constitutional Carry!

Constitutional Carry has passed into law in FIVE states so far this year, as well as multiple legislative chambers and bodies all across America.

It is even on the move in neighboring Mike ‘Red Flag’ DeWine’s Ohio.

Here in Pennsylvania, Constitutional Carry is primed and ready for a full vote in BOTH chambers of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, having passed the House and Senate Judiciary Committees.

The reason why Constitutional Carry has not received a floor vote yet is because of a total lack of Republican leadership, but that may be about to change!

You see, Pennsylvania Firearms Association has been laser-focused on putting political pressure on House Majority Floor Leader Kerry Benninghoff and Senate President Pro Tem Jake Corman – the only two guys in Pennsylvania that can call the bill up for a vote!

So far, under these two Republican “leaders,” Constitutional Carry has been slow-rolled worse than nearly every state in America.

And it is really shameful, when you think about it, that both the House and the Senate still haven’t delivered big for gun owners after gun owners delivered bigly for them in the 2020 elections!

Instead, they’ve been making excuse after excuse as to why they can’t/won’t do their jobs or hiding behind votes from way in the past instead of voting on major bills like Constitutional Carry.

Everyone knows the truth about Constitutional Carry and why we need it here in Pennsylvania. That’s settled.

The only thing left for us gun owners to do is make sure the Republicans either keep their word or make them pay a political price in the 2022 election cycle.

Gun owners know we are in a culture war against the Marxist Left, and we elect Republican Majorities in Harrisburg to be our fighters against the Left’s destructive agenda.

But Republicans in Harrisburg rarely have the backbone to stand up and fight like most patriotic Americans all across Pennsylvania do.

Pennsylvania Firearms Association knew that long ago and began mobilizing our members across the state to start pressuring Republican leaders to move some major gun bills.

The good news is, thanks to your constant calls, emails and social media postings, the dam is beginning to crack.

PFA has received word that the Senate Republican Leadership is considering scheduling the vote for Constitutional Carry in the Senate sometime next week!

It’s time to step on the gas.

Please contact your state senator right away and urge them to vote YES on Constitutional Carry when it comes to the floor!

Never forget, these politicians work for YOU.

And if they don’t hear from you, I can assure you they’ll be hearing from the Marxist masquerading as Democrat activists that are marching all through the halls in their red shirts.

We need to make sure that gun owners are thundering statewide in support for Constitutional Carry, so send your emails right away!

The Senate is back in session next Monday – help fill up their email inboxes and melt their phone lines demanding that they bring SB565, Constitutional Carry, up for a vote on the Senate floor!

Please take action right away, and Let’s Go Brandon!
